office settings. And, oval tables are ideal to accommodate a large number of
players.

The surface should be slick enough to allow
the cards to glide smoothly across the top without being overly slippery. A
wood pocket table top should have lacquer finish to make it slick.

Teflon-coated speed cloth
is the best material for poker tables. It is stain-resistant and easy to
maintain.
